How do you keep a 21 month old busy while you attempt to pack up your entire life and cram it into the back of a uhaul? The kitty motel is a great way to start. It provides LOTS of fun, laughing and games. I think Amelie would have preferred this to her car seat.
When the kitty motel runs of fun, then toss her in the bathtub with some water color paints and let her go to town! Isn't she a great artist? She even painted her ducks AND herself! Silly kid!
Once the uhaul is all packed up, you take the required moving photo....
And the last time we are in front of our first home photo... So sad. We loved that house.
Then you cram your little toddler into her own nest of toys, blankets and pillows and begin the drive, one day at a time.
