We started Thursdays at the Farm. Nothing like feeding and petting the animals and playing on the toys to make cool morning wonderful.
The silo stairs are a bit steep and Bella was VERY scared to walk down them. So Amelie stood at the bottom (after descending them herself) and told Bella she's catch her if she fell. Bella didn't like that and made sure Amelie knew she didn't need to be caught. However, the gesture was a sweet one.
After the farm, the rain came. As we waited for the rain to pass Grandma Bowen read books to the girls and then it was nap time!
Once naps were done, we headed off to the bowling ally. Unfortunately there was a large group and ZERO lanes available. So the girls got to play one race game before we took off for dinner and Old Town.
In Old Town there was a Hip Hop band playing of which we stayed to listen to two songs before leaving, as it wasn't quite our style or taste of music. We did however wonder old town a bit and play pianos. This was all after getting our soda and candy at our favorite local candy shop!
