Driving Up Poudre Canyon

We decided to hop in the car and drive around the Poudre Canyon one weekend.  We weren't sure what we'd find, but were certainly not disappointed with our trip.

The brown dirt in the back ground is a "lake" that apparently dried up.  We found it funny that while we ate lunch at the "lake" a guy with a boat came, and even backed down the boat ramp before realizing that there would be no fishing that day.  :)

 We found a tiny bit of water left and Amelie enjoyed tossing rocks into it.  

 As we were leaving the Poudre Canyon, we passed a really pretty water fall.  It went on FOREVR but we couldn't get a good shot of the entire water fall because the view was blocked by overgrowth and trees.

 After the first water fall, we found another.  Lucky us!  Two in one day!
