Tuesday night, Little Miss started to show signs of a cold coming on. BOO! So alas, what do you do with a sick little girl who doesn't act sick but is... You give her your camera of course! So my little budding photographer took close to 100 pictures on Wednesday! I've weeded through them and posted my favorite below for your enjoyment!
After our first photography session, it was time to whip out the play dough. Seriously, she doesn't look sick at all, but trust me - she's got a head cold that seems to only make her miserable when it's time for nap or bed *wink*wink*
That afternoon, after we took a warm relaxing tubby and actually got dressed for the day, something terrible happened. It rained. Ok, rained isn't even close to describing the down pour we experienced. And this little chick was not a happy camper to be stuck inside unable to splash in the HUGE puddles she saw forming outside the window...
So what does a good mama do? Offer her child "chocolate milk" as a consolation prize. Ok so in our house, Carnation instant breakfast is considered chocolate milk (packed with tons of vitamins and protein for our little one who prefers liquid diets to actual food diets.) And since I'm such an awesome mom, I'll just slip some medicine in it too (which she REFUSES to take). And she drinks it all up thinking its the BEST chocolate milk she's ever had! Gold Star for Mom!
So what better way to distract our little one from the rain pour outside - why, give her the camera AGAIN and let her go to town!
